Waste (also known as rubbish, trash, refuse, garbage, junk, litter, and ort) is unwanted or useless materials. In biology, waste is any of the many unwanted substances or toxins that are expelled from living organisms, metabolic waste; such as urea and sweat.
With a lot of issues faced by the tribal people in the backward regions, we decided it was time we catered to their needs.
Youth unemployment is a major concern in society. We have a lot of people who unfortunately do not have access to education or have dropped out of college due to various reasons. Helping them build a skill has helped create jobs and to be self-sustainable.
While we have conducted various skill development programs to support youth employment, computer literacy was one of our major areas of expertise and support. We decided to educate most of the youth from the tribal communities as they have very less or no access to this.
Women, they make up to more than 50% of our population. Unfortunately, they do not have access to most of the resources to help them grow. We decided to help such women entrepreneurs to get going by providing them access to the know how as well as guiding them through.
